Customers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle from AV Rental. A government-issued ID is required at the time of pickup.
All rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement outlining the terms of use, payment details, and vehicle return conditions. Any damages or violations will be billed to the renter.
Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for late returns, fuel shortages, traffic violations, or damages caused during the rental period.
AV Rental ensures all vehicles are well-maintained and clean. Customers are responsible for returning the car in the same condition it was received, except for normal wear and tear.
Insurance coverage is provided as per local regulations. Customers are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance. AV Rental is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start time for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges as per our policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where AV Rental operates.
